I currently work as a Senior Principal Consultant for Viscosity North America. I have been using Oracle since version 6 (even briefly touching version 5!) since the early 1990s and have supported it on almost every major platform (principally most major distributions of Unix and Linux). During that span of time, I have worked for organizations providing consulting, professional services, and managed services and I have worn a number of different hats (developer, database administrator, systems administrator, solutions architect, and others).
Gairik Chakraborty is current working at Epsilon Data Management as Senior Director of Database Administration. He has 20 years of industry experience . His present work area includes multiple Oracle technology stack , Big data platforms , Public and Private cloud deployments . He presented in various global conferences including Oracle OpenWorld , Oracle Data Warehouse Global Leaders program , IOUG Collaborate , AWS Re:Invent etc. He is active member at DOUG and presented at DOUG sessions as well . Gairik has served on Oracle customer advisory boards and with Epsilon, he is involved in Strategic Customer Programs where he collaborates with Oracle development team for new feature request and product enhancements.
Biju Thomas, an Oracle Technologist, is enthusiastic to help the Oracle Tech community. He is an Oracle ACE Director. He is the Global Oracle Practice Head at Data Intensity. For more than two decades, Biju has been actively engaged in the administration of Oracle database and Oracle E-Business Suite, including the architecture, configuration, and tuning. He makes Oracle and cloud-related presentations at major conferences and has published many articles and books.
Biju lives in Keller with his wife and two children and a puppy. When not in front of the computer, Biju loves gardening and spending time with family. Biju is active in the community, volunteering his time for church and the local lions club.

For the past two years I have served as the Member at Large for DOUG. I’ve been responsible for the purchase of the 2019 Spring Mixer, coordinated the contract for the facilities at Grapevine Convention Center for the 2019 Fall DOUG Training Day. I was the point of contact with the Texas – Louisiana OATUG for the 2020 combined Training Day. Worked on the planning session for the October Training Day and helped pushed the event to be Virtual due to the Covid-19 outbreak. I would like to continue on another term with the DOUG board.
Susan Behn is certified as an Oracle ACE Director by Oracle Corporation and has over 35 years of experience working with Information technology working specifically with Oracle Applications since 1993. Susan is dedicated to improving community awareness and education through volunteering/presenting at local, regional and national conferences. Susan is the chair of the Oracle EBS User Management SIG, web master for the Texas-Louisiana Oracle Users Group, and secretary for the OAUG Customizations and Extensions SIG. Publishing credits include The ABCs of Workflow for E-Business Suite Release 11i and Release 12 and The Release 12 Primer – Shining a Light on the Release 12 World. Susan is currently the Vice President at Infosemantics, Inc. which is an Oracle boutique partner specializing in Oracle and Business Intelligence Applications. Susan Behn is also a past-Treasurer of the Dallas Oracle Users Group.
