Cary Millsap is an entrepreneur, writer, teacher, designer, developer, consultant, and software performance specialist. He has presented at hundreds of events around the world, and his innovations and teaching have influenced thousands of Oracle professionals. Mr. Millsap is the owner and president of Method R Corporation.

He is the author of “The Method R Guide to Mastering Oracle Trace Data, 3rd Edition” and the lead designer of the Method R Workbench software suite. He wrote the book “Optimizing Oracle Performance,” for which he and colleague Jeff Holt were named Oracle Magazine’s 2004 Authors of the Year. He is published in professional journals including “Communications of the ACM.”

Sriram Vrinda works as Principal Product Manager in the Enterprise Cloud Observability Management organization at Oracle Corporation covering the areas of Oracle Cloud Infrastructure Database Management and Autonomous Database Manageability. Sriram has over 17 years of industry experience spanning many roles – DBA, Consulting Solution Architect, Product Manager. He holds a Master’s degree in Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology

John Beresniewicz (JB) is an Architect in the Enterprise and Cloud Manageability group focused on capacity planning and performance management of Oracle databases both on and off cloud. He was a principal UX design architect for many Diagnostic and Tuning pack features found in Enterprise Manager, including Top Activity, ASH Analytics, and the Enterprise Loadmap.
