Guidelines:

  • All papers should be in English.
  • Please complete the below form to submit your paper/ abstract. By submitting a proposal for consideration, you agree that if selected, you will be available to present at DOUG Training Day 2025.
  • This is an in-person event. Costs associated with the presentation, including travel and accommodation, are to be managed by the presenter.
  • Each presentation may have a maximum of two presenters.
  • All submissions will undergo a thorough review by our expert panel.
  • Papers will be evaluated based on relevance, technical content, practical applications, and overall quality.
